Gardasil®, HPV Vaccine for Teens, Men, and Women

GARDASIL is a vaccine indicated in girls and women 9 through 26 years of age for the prevention of cervical, vulvar, and vaginal cancers; precancerous or dysplastic lesions; and genital warts caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) Types 6, 11, 16, and 18. GARDASIL is also indicated in boys and men 9 through 26 years of age for the prevention of genital warts caused by HPV Types 6 and 11. This fee is for established patients, and it includes the Depo Provera shot and a consultation with our medical practitioner. If you are a new patient, you will need to have a wellness exam too.
