Asistencia Financiera Información en Español MCRH is pleased to offer both financial assistance and payment plans to better meet the needs of our patients. Payment Plans Payment plans are available for charges that are the patient's responsibility, including direct services costs and deductibles and co-pays. Total amount of patient responsibility must equal or exceed $250.00. All of MCRH's services are eligible, if they meet this minimum requirement. To be eligible, patient must have two different forms of electronic payment available, for example:
One of the two forms of payment may be from another person, as long as the other person is present with proper ID, to authorize the charges. Patients are required to pay half of the total bill prior to receiving services. The remaining balance must be paid within 60 days, and can be arranged in installments:

See if you qualify for a FREE ParaGard® IUD - ParaGard® Patient Assistance Program. Patients who receive a FREE ParaGard® IUD will be able to have the IUD inserted at MCRH for the discounted fee of $50.00. Mirena® IUS & Insertion The Arch Foundation offers FREE Mirena® IUSs to women who qualify based on income and household size. See if you qualify for a FREE Mirena® IUS - Mirena® Patient Assistance Program.
