Preconception Services

A preconception consultation with Choices is a great way to start planning for a pregnancy in the near future. Whether you are planning a pregnancy in a year or 3 months, a preconception consultation will help you get started.

Fertility Evaluation

If you have attempted pregnancy previously without success, we are available to review your previous work or schedule you for a fertility work up.

Fertility Work Up includes reviewing fertility charting and ordering labs needed to assess optimal fertility

Fertility Assistance and Insemination Services

Some fertility specialists will only treat married women. At Choices, we believe that when or whether to become a parent is a decision that each woman is capable of making for herself. We offer fertility assistance for all women including single women, same sex couples, and surrogates.

A common need for single women, same sex couples, or surrogates is insemination. Although Choices does not offer sperm samples directly to couples, we can assist in finding the right match for your family in either choosing a known donor or reputable sperm bank. Choices will assist you in the ordering process if you choose to order from a sperm bank.

Intracervical (ICI) and intrauterine (IUI) inseminations are available at Choices.

Includes consultation with the medical practitioner.

Fertility Evaluation                                      $150.00
Included consults with medical practitioner to review fertility charting for one partner. Review for a second partner is an additional $50.00 charge.
